Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Ice cubes
  • 2 cups Watermelon chopped (seedless is best!)
  • 1 cup Water
  • cup Sugar or sweetener of choice
  • Small watermelon wedges for garnish optional
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Load the Blender: Place the ice, chopped watermelon, sugar, and water into your blender pitcher. Don't worry if it looks like a lot of ice—that's the secret to the perfect slushy texture!
  • Blend Until Smooth: Secure the lid and blend on high for about 2 minutes. You want to keep going until you don't hear any chunks of ice rattling against the blades. The mixture should be a smooth, consistent pink frost.
  • Pour and Garnish: Immediately pour the mixture into tall glasses. If you’re feeling fancy, garnish the rim with a mini watermelon wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
  • Enjoy Immediately: Grab a straw and sip while it's nice and frosty!
